Arsenal open to loan offers for young stars but Bielik & Zelalem set for first team chance

The Gunners are open to temporary moves for several of their young talents this summer as Wellington Silva returns to Brazil without making a single first team appearance

Several Arsenal youngsters are expected to head out on loan over the coming weeks, Goal understands.

Following the departure of Wellington Silva to Fluminense, the Brazilian starlet who failed to make a single first team appearance during his six years at the club, the Gunners are open to loan offers for Glen Kamara, Ismael Bennacer and injury-plagued Julio Pleguezuelo.

Polish youngster Krystian Bielik could be involved in first team matters next season due to his versatility, although it’s likely to be dependent on how he perform during Arsenal’s upcoming pre-season games.

Similarly, Jeff Reine-Adelaide and Chris Willock are both highly-rated by Arsene Wenger and his coaching staff and will be given opportunities in the next few friendlies to test whether they are ready for first team action or need experience by going out on loan.

19-year-old Gedion Zelalem is another young midfielder who will be handed extensive game time on Arsenal’s US Tour. The American starlet spent last season on loan at Rangers and has impressed coaching staff with his work ethic in training over the past fortnight.
