Vardy's wife hits back at Leicester City fans after striker snubs Arsenal move

The striker has been criticised by some supporters for not immediately turning down a summer move to Arsene Wenger’s side after the Gunners activated his release clause

Jamie Vardy’s wife has hit back at Leicester City fans who criticised the striker during his transfer saga with Arsenal.

The Gunners had activated the England international’s £20 million release clause before the 29-year-old stalled on his decision.

But Leicester have since confirmed that Vardy has decided to snub Arsenal’s offer and instead agree a new four-year contract with the Premier League champions.
